Hello and a HIWM Reminder!

Hello, friends!

I can’t recall the last time I was away from the blog this long. Travel, a health scare (I’m okay, thankfully!), and lots of freelance writing have been keeping me busy.

I am also fitting in 30 to 60 minutes of exercise 5 to 6 times per week, which has been fantastic because I am surprisingly committed to it, but it has also thrown my schedule out of whack a bit as has all the freelance work. Like most people, I am trying to find that ideal balance of work, self-care, spending time with friends and family and having fun.

I am looking forward to more frequent blogging – because that’s the fun part – and have so much to share with you!

    Good for you about the exercise. Me too. But I agree, hard to find balance.

      I am always neglecting something these days! But it’s hard to put exercise on the back burner when I have a treadmill just steps away. That is really helping me stay committed.
