Hello and a HIWM Reminder!

Hello, friends!

I can’t recall the last time I was away from the blog this long. Travel, a health scare (I’m okay, thankfully!), and lots of freelance writing have been keeping me busy.

I am also fitting in 30 to 60 minutes of exercise 5 to 6 times per week, which has been fantastic because I am surprisingly committed to it, but it has also thrown my schedule out of whack a bit as has all the freelance work. Like most people, I am trying to find that ideal balance of work, self-care, spending time with friends and family and having fun.

I am looking forward to more frequent blogging – because that’s the fun part – and have so much to share with you!

In the meantime, I want to remind you that February’s How I Wear My is happening next week. The theme is Blue!

How I Wear My Badge

Blue is one of my favorite colors for just about everything, especially fashion. Jill of Everything Just So and I have a feeling you 💙 this color too, so whether you prefer Teal, Navy, Turquoise, Sky, Royal, or Aquamarine, style some blue and join us!

Photos are due by February 6, 2017. Send them to us at howiwearmy@yahoo.com and be sure to include some text about your outfit, which we will use directly in our posts. Our color roundups make especially appealing posts so we hope you will join us!

Good for you about the exercise. Me too. But I agree, hard to find balance.

I am always neglecting something these days! But it’s hard to put exercise on the back burner when I have a treadmill just steps away. That is really helping me stay committed.
