Printed Maxi Dress Look and a final HIWM Reminder

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a lovely weekend. My husband and I had a whirlwind three days, attending six events beginning Friday afternoon and moving right through the weekend. It was action packed and included perfect weather, great friends, fantastic food and wine, and beautiful places. I am looking forward to telling you all about it!

Before I go through the hundreds of photos Bill and I took this weekend, I thought I would show you the cute new maxi dress I wore yesterday to Healdsburg and Dry Creek Valley.

This lightweight printed maxi dress has slits up both sides – not too high – and a tie-waist. It is less than $30 and comes in a variety of prints and colors. I wore it with a pair of black flat Lucky Brand sandals (similar) and one of my favorite straw hats from Montecristi Panama Hats in Napa Valley.

For a splash of summer color, I carried my Adora by Adrienne bag that you may remember from a couple of years ago. The yellow shade is no longer available but the Adora Bag does come in other beautiful colors.

One final reminder: June’s How I Wear My is happening this week!

The theme this month is Athleisure. So break out the track pants, hoodies, sneakers – or whatever you like to wear when you’re feeling sporty – and take photo of your outfit.

Send it to before the end of the day today (Monday, June 5th) if you’d like to participate. Be sure to include a description of your look, which will be quoted in the posts.

Love this dress on you, especially with the hat. No! I was going to do this athleisure thing. Am I too late this morning? It sounds like you had a super weekend. Cannot wait to hear all about it. xo Kim

Love the dress. Going to see if I can get it via Amazon UK.
