Seven for Saturday

It’s the weekend and time for this week’s Seven for Saturday! 1 – She’s Been Pinned! My eldest stepdaughter, Kayla, was what they call “pinned” in the fire service during a big ceremony last Thursday. Seven for Saturday

Thankfully we saved lots of time – and stress – by splitting up the menu.…

A Cozy Cape, an Olive Festival and a Harvest Dinner

Cozy Cape from Stella Carakasi  I’m excited to show you my new cozy cape from Stella Carakasi’s Fall 2016 Collection. There are so many aspects of this particular fall collection that appeal to me: the gorgeous neutral shades, the luxurious fabrics, interesting hemlines and details and the versatility. The Rare Form Cape in Winter White and Frost is one of my top favorites. And it’s reversible! I wore it while staying at The Residence at Comstock Wines last week.…
